Give the People of Paya a Voice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to many international and regional projects, our current project in Colombia<\/strong> is especially close to our hearts.\u00a0Together with ABC Colombia<\/mark><\/a>, we are committed to sustainably improving the lives and education<\/strong> of children<\/strong> in the remote communities of\u00a0La Uni\u00f3n and Milagros\u00a0near Paya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our desire to document and share the lifestyle and wonderful people of the region is now becoming a reality thanks to the support of\u00a0Jacob and his company, Watson Earth Production<\/mark><\/a>.\u00a0Jacob, an experienced videographer and a friend of our organization, has generously offered to accompany us to Colombia and film the lives of the local people. In\u00a0February 2025, the journey will begin, resulting in a\u00a05-6 episode documentary<\/strong>\u00a0about life in Paya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This documentary will\u00a0give the people of Milagros and La Uni\u00f3n a voice,\u00a0highlight their challenges, and showcase how\u00a0Mission Positivity\u00a0is driving positive change on the ground. Thanks to your generous donations, we have already achieved a lot: we have provided a\u00a0speech therapist\u00a0for the children, organized\u00a0eye tests,\u00a0and, in collaboration with\u00a0Salud a la Escuela<\/mark><\/a>,\u00a0are working to provide glasses for children with vision impairments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We need your help to make this documentary a reality and reach our funding goal of \u20ac3,500.<\/strong>\u00a0This amount covers several key areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pre- and Post-Production (approx. \u20ac2,000):<\/strong>
    This includes expenses for essential equipment such as large hard drives, additional camera batteries, microphones, drones, and a generator, as well as post-production costs like color correction, sound mixing, and the composition of an original soundtrack.

  2. Transportation and Accommodation (approx. \u20ac1,500):<\/strong>
    Off-road vehicles are required to reach the remote communities. Additionally, funds will be needed for accommodation in Bogot\u00e1, travel to Yopal and Paya, and meals, which will be provided by host families in the communities that will accommodate our team during filming.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Jacob and our\u00a0Mission Positivity\u00a0team are working voluntarily, but we need these funds to bring the project to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
