Mission Positivity Christmas Outreach
On Saturday, December 20, 2025, we headed to Koblenz Central Station for the third year in a row to carry out our annual Christmas outreach. During this initiative, we distributed filled bags and clothing to people living on the streets.
Thanks to the generous support of Bäckerei Gassen and Nahkauf, we were able to fill the bags with fresh baked goods and food items. In addition, we included hygiene products, heat packs, homemade cookies, and lovingly designed cards with personal messages.

We were also able to collect many warm winter clothing items, which we donated to the Koblenzer Bahnhofsmission — an important support center at the main station that works with great dedication every day to support people experiencing homelessness.
In total, we distributed 20 handmade bags. The campaign was also supported by a senior group from Sankt Sebastian. The women knitted blankets for distribution, while the bags themselves were sewn by the “Patchwork Mädels” sewing group.
“It’s not just about material support, but above all about human connection.”
We consciously took the time to listen to people’s stories and create space for meaningful conversations. Behind figures such as the estimated 56,000 people living on the streets in Germany are individual life stories and personal fates.
Thank you to everyone who made this campaign possible. Once again, these encounters showed us how much a little time, attention, and a listening ear can truly make a difference — and that is exactly what we take with us from this day.
We are already planning a similar campaign for the coming year. We are grateful for any form of support — whether through donations of clothing, food, or financial contributions.
